At Kneaded Relief, we strive to provide you with high-quality massage therapy services. This nonrefundable policy is designed to clarify the terms and conditions related to nonrefundable purchases, cancellations, and appointments.
Nonrefundable Services
Completed Services: All completed massage therapy sessions are nonrefundable. Once a session has been provided, no refunds will be issued.
Cancellation Fees: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
Missed Appointments: In the event of a missed appointment without prior cancellation or rescheduling, the full session fee will be charged. This policy ensures that our therapists’ time and availability are respected.
Emergency Clause: We understand that emergencies can arise, and we are sensitive to such situations. If you miss your appointment due to a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis and may consider waiving the missed appointment fee.
Rebooking Policy
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. We’ll be happy to assist you in finding an alternative time.
